We offer next day delivery. The only exception is on Mondays.
Local delivery cost varies based on the distance, but we charge 20 QAR for 0-30km from our pick up location which generally falls within the Doha region. If you have a drop off location which extends beyond 30km, we will contact you to inform you of the cost.
Yes! You can select your preferred 3-hour delivery window ,which works best. We will contact you via WhatsApp before dispatching your order to ensure everything is accurate.

Returns and Refunds
We accept returns on unopened and unused products. You must notify us, by email regarding the request to return the item(s) within 24 hours of delivery. Beyond 24 hours, we offer a store credit, minus the cost of delivery.
