Shipping Policy

At The Curl Lounge, we strive to provide reliable next-day delivery within Qatar. To ensure smooth delivery, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made Saturday-Thursday. There are no delieveries made on Fridays.

All orders received before 3pm, will be made next day.

2. Delivery Fees:

Delivery fees are charged incrementally and depend on the distance of the drop-off location from the pick-up location. Deliveries beyond 25 km will incur additional fees, and a team member will notify you of the fees before dispatching the order.

0- 25 km --> QAR 25

Beyond 25km, additional fees will apply.

We offer free shipping from Villagio up to 25km on orders of 295 QAR +.

3. Delivery Timing and Address Accuracy:

All orders received before 3pm, will be made next day.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery
address and contact details. You must be available via WhatsApp or a call after placing your order, so that we can confirm your delivery details.

Our team will contact you once the order is made to obtain some important details. Deliveries are made the next day unless you specify otherwise. You must provide a window of time you will be available to receive your order.  

4. Customer Unavailability:

 If the customer is unavailable to receive the delivery at the scheduled time, we will attempt to contact you. Our delivery agent will not wait beyond 10 minutes outside of the delivery window.

5. Undelivered Orders Due to Customer Error:

The customer can contact The Curl Lounge at +974 7055 2722 to arrange redelivery of the goods. A missed delivery fee, plus a new delivery fee will apply.

The maximum number of missed delivery attempts with overdue fees is two. All outstanding delivery fees must be paid for in order to place future delivery requests.

6. If You Change Your Mind About an Order:

If you change your mind about an order after it has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel the attempted delivery as long as the driver has not reached the destination. If it has and you still want to cancel, please notify us, and we will issue a refund minus any credit card transaction and delivery fees.

7. Contact Us:

If you realize you’ve provided an incorrect address, please CALL US immediately at +974-7055 2722. We will do our best to adjust the delivery before it’s dispatched.
