Return & Refund Policy

At The Curl Lounge, we take pride in offering high-quality beauty and hair care products to meet your needs. To ensure the safety and integrity of our products, we have a strict No Returns & No Refunds Policy on all cosmetic, skin, and haircare items.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns or Refunds:

  • Hygiene & Safety: Due to the personal nature of cosmetic and hair care products, returning items once they have left our store can pose health and safety risks. We prioritize the well-being of our customers by ensuring all products remain in unused condition.

  • Product Integrity: Once a product has been sold, we cannot guarantee that it has been stored or handled properly after purchase. To maintain the highest standards of quality, we do not restock or resell returned products.

  • Industry Standards: Many cosmetic and beauty brands follow this policy to prevent contamination and to comply with health regulations. Our commitment to providing fresh, safe, and effective products aligns with these best practices.

While we don't issue refunds under normal circumstances, if the order cancellation is accepted under the terms within our policy, we will issue you a refund minus any payment processing and delivery fees if applicable.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund if the item is out of stock.

Exchanges

In the case that a duplicate or incorrect order is made, we will allow exchanges within 24 hours. The item must be unopened and unused. The customer must notify The Curl Lounge via Whatsapp or email support@the-curl-lounge.com within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

The customer will return the item to us via our courier service and pay the cost of the transport for the returned item, and the new delivery. 

We will inspect the item(s) and dispatch the new order once we confirm the returned product(s) are in satisfactory condition.  Any price difference will be paid cash only. If your replacement item costs less, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
